In 2014, a transitional experience happened where the founder of this ministry was plagued by a series of deaths of loved ones, lost of employment, incurable health diagnosis, and estrangement with romantic and familial relationships; all left her feeling hopeless. After two failed attempts of suicide, and seeking various ways to escape and cope in unhealthy ways she decided to seek help. However, going to a secular counselor did not help, and talking with a pastor unfamiliar with the clinical aspects of mental health created a void and gap in her healing process.

So in 2016, she pursued [ongoing] her Doctorate in Pastoral Counseling. She has worked in the Education and Behavior Health Field for over 15 years. She has been a Special Education Teacher, Intensive-In Home Counselor, ABA Behavioral Specialist, and Outpatient clinician provider for families and youth in foster care, and residential treatment facilities across Virginia. Her credential title is (LMHC) Licensed Mental Health Clinician. She holds several degrees and certifications in Theology, Christian Counseling, and Business Management. She is a Licensed Minister, and serves at her home church as assistant to the pastor; where she enjoys leading bible study. Her certifications include:
